When Sonia Fava joined Caydon she brought with her 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. She has extensive knowledge in a number of diverse industries including Real Estate, Print Media and Cosmetics. Sonia’s career has seen her work in Sales & Marketing for The Age Newspaper, and more recently as Vice President of Sales for an international cosmetics company based in America. At Caydon, Sonia leads the Marketing sector of the business with her local and international experience. With her vibrant personality, Sonia enjoys promoting the Caydon brand and believes in the flexible lifestyle opportunities the Caydon projects provide.

Emmanuel Tongzon

Emmanuel is a dedicated and highly skilled employee who leads an elite group within the design and documentation department together with his influential accreditation and dedication within the department, his role requires a multitude of tasks that effectively deliver all documentation , together with a programming schedule that is able to co-ordinate a diversity of requirements, to each development. Emmanuel’s direct involvement with workshop consultants, attendance and co-ordination of meetings to which he constantly endeavours to provide the most effective achievement.

With direct contact and constant liaison with various department leaders, within the construction, sales and marketing departments, his continual design review, effectively delivers higher quality of marketing and construction documentation.

Sarah Liao

Caydon is privileged to have Sarah managing the complex and challenging role of financial controller. This vital task coordinates all the day to day aspects of a highly tuned company involved in the construction and sale of multi-million dollar projects. Sarah is a qualified CPA with over a decade of experience. She understands the commitment required to successfully manage such a diverse and exciting role at Caydon.
